As everyone, who has been keeping up with Jackie’s foodblog knows, Jackie has been out for awhile. Before she went in for surgery, we visited the library to stock up on reading material for her to have when she returned home. Yes, it was quite a stack of cookbooks. I think only two books were not cookbooks and I am not sure that they have even been opened yet. One book, however, has not hardly been closed. I take a peek into the book and my eyes glaze over but Jackie’s eyes twinkle.
Guess what Jackie is getting! Yes, you are correct, “Passionate Vegetarian” by Crescent Dragonwagon has been ordered and is on the way. Naturally, since Jackie loves this cookbook so much, it is now on the “Must Have” link list.
However for me, I will keep taking the pictures for Jackie’s foodblog and keep looking in the mail box for a 420EX or 550EX flash for our camera. I will also continue mixing our vitamin supplement drink in the morning, juicing carrots or blending smoothies to start our day and leave the cooking and meal creations to Jackie.
