1 bunch asparagus (or however much you want to make)
Olive Oil for drizzling
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Snap or cut at an angle at the point on the asparagus spear where it is easily cut. As you move your way up the spear, you will feel the difference where the spear is woody and where it cuts easily.
Spread out asparagus spears onto baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and peppers.
Roast for approximately 10 – 15 minutes (ovens will vary). Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
Remove from oven and serve. This is one of my favorite ways to eat asparagus.
