CREAMY RANCH

1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup plain soy milk
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon minced parsley
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

stir all together, place in container and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. You can add extra spices if you want to make it stronger.
