RAW OATMEAL

1/2 cup uncooked, organic whole oats
1 cup organic, plain rice milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon agave nectar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon (I use a lot of cinnamon, you may not want as much)
1 Tablespoon raisins
1 Tablespoon walnuts

Place oats in a cereal bowl and cover with the rice milk to which you have added the vanilla and agave nectar. Cover them and put them into the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Remove them from the fridge and add the cinnamon (cinnamon is great for helping to lower blood sugar), raisins, walnuts.
