Day 9 was pretty uneventful.
Breakfast was an 8 ounce smoothie. Delicious as always. Made just like I have always made it on other days.
Midmorning: 8 ounces of carrot and vegetable juice. UGH! We didn’t care for this juice. It had tomato in it and it was not one of my favorites at all. I was sad, I look forward to my juice now.
Lunch: Grapes and a nice big green salad. This was delicious. The grapes were amazing. We had some green ones and some red ones. I really enjoyed lunch today.
Midafternoon: 8 ounces of carrot, celery and parsley juice. Not my favorite again, but much better than this morning!
Dinner: Went off the grid for dinner. I worked all day then I taught this evening, so I was so dead tired. We went to Olive Garden and had a great salad, I had some Baked Ziti (marinara sauce) which I love, but having eaten the way I have for the past week, I did not feel very well when I finished. It will probably be a while before I eat pasta again. Ken however, had some beautiful roasted potatoes and some grilled vegetables with a rosemary balsamic glaze. Absolutely delicious! I helped him eat his plate!
Off to bed. Early to rise in the morning!
