I followed the plan very closely while I was out of town. Sunday evening when I arrived in Indianapolis, our daughter prepared tacos, beans, & other vegetables that were within the plan. I encouraged her to post the dish.

For breakfast, as always, I had my Biometics vitamin drink, and soaked oatmeal with raisins, nuts, and a bit of agave nectar. Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday I purchased watermelon, strawberries, apples and peaches for my lunches. I also had green leafy salads with a variety of veggies.

Following the plan this closely for 14 days I have discovered that I have a difficulty with the amount of raw vegetables we have been eating.

I did not really find the 14 days to be difficult, but Jackie and I were doing it together as a team. And I am now glad it's over. This morning, as always, I had my Biometics vitamin drink. Jackie had left me some soaked oatmeal and I added raisins, nuts, and a bit of agave nectar. I then fixed Jackie a green leafy salad, grapes and juiced carrots, an apple, & celery, for her lunch & snack.
