		<description>Something you can use, in place of fish sauce, is veggie "Better Than Bouillion".  Just be careful how much you use due to the sodium content.  It makes a great flavor enhancer.

Thanks for the recipe, Beth.  I like the fact that you feel comfortable enough to contribute recipes and then let me offer vegan/vegetarian substitutions since you don't cook this way.  Gives us some great ideas.</description>
