Vegan Sausages Take Over the Blog World!

Well, I had to try my hand at it too! Everyone else was doing it, so why not?

They were good! I had my doubts, but I knew I couldn’t go wrong if I followed Julie at EveryDay Dish. She has some amazing stuff on her site, and if you don’t want to just read the recipe, you can watch them all on a video on her site. I love it!

What a great time I had making these sausages. I took some to Henry, remember our favorite Sushi Chef at Kansai in Clarksville? He enjoyed them also!

Along with the sausages, my mother-in-law cans these to live for home-canned green beans (purple before you cook them) and also some to live for home-grown, frozen corn off the cob. Oh my gosh, what a meal. Served with cracked wheat bread and we were in food heaven!

Try to make the sausages. You’re gonna love them and they are extremely easy! Also, don’t be afraid to play around with the seasonings. Make all different kinds. I’m going to!
