Today I Am Making Onion Bread

I was writing up some of my favorite dehydrator recipes for an online friend on Eat To Live, when I was just totally overcome with the desire to make the onion bread I was writing about. It is so delicious with sliced tomatoes and hummus!

So here are some pictures of the process, I will continue to add pictures as the bread comes along.

If you do not have a dehydrator, use your oven and some parchment paper on a baking sheet. Set your oven on the lowest setting and just check the bread quite frequently. It won’t take near as long in the oven as it would the dehydrator. You will also be cooking at a higher temperature, but you’ll get the idea about how great this bread is. You can get the recipe here.

Once I had everything mixed together, I spread them out on dehydrator trays with teflex sheets and Ken took pictures.

I’ll continue with the post as the bread comes along. I have it set to dehydrate for 6 hours, then I’m going to turn it off the teflex sheets and let it dehydrate for a little while longer. I’ll take more pictures at the turning stage.

You’ve gotta try this bread!
