		<description>Gotta have the smoothies.  Thankfully, we are beginning to get tasty organic California carrots again.  So we are having 3 day's of juicing carrot, celery, beet, ginger root, and apple. Then we have 3-4 days of  smoothies and maybe a couple days of Rice Dream soaked old fashion oats  mixed in.</description>
