Well, I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been so busy this week. Ken’s Aunt Betty passed away and we attended her funeral this week, his mom and dad have been here, so they’ve been working outside all week long getting a lot done around here while the weather is so beautiful.
Tomorrow I start some extra training for my position with the American Red Cross, so again the week is going to be a very busy one.
I wanted to give you all my updates on my progress with Eat To Live and the new T-Tapp exercises I am doing. If you haven’t heard about T-Tapp, check out Fit & Fabulous link in the “Must Have” section to the left and look at the book.

Congratulations! Eat To Live is a great programme, isn’t it? Good for you. And as for T-Tap - that’s something I have to learn about! Shall start searching on the net
Love and hugs!!!
Creating a new habit of exercising is not the easiest thing to do. However, it is not an option. So, I will keep at it until it becomes a part of my life, not something I have to think about to do. So far I think t-tapp is going to be a good fit for me.
